State Secretary
Tim is a graduate of Iowa State University. He started his law enforcement career as a Reserve Deputy in 2014. In 2019, he attended the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy. He has served as an Emergency Medical Technician and Field Training Officer.
He is currently an investigator, ALERRT CRASE, and an Active Attack Integrated Response instructor at his department. He is a member of the Johnson County Metro Honor Guard and a member of the Johnson County Gun Violence Intervention team.
He is currently the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #9 Vice President. He has been serving as the State of Iowa Fraternal Order of Police Lodge Secretary since 2024. He previously served as the State of Iowa Fraternal Order of Police Lodge Sergeant-at-Arms
