Joe began his law enforcement career in 2017 and currently serves as a Detective. He is currently assigned to Dependent Adult Abuse and Financial Crimes. His career includes service as a motor officer, accident investigator, field training officer, crisis intervention and advanced search-and-seizure trainer, ALERRT Active Shooter instructor, drone pilot, and Honor Guard member. Before entering law enforcement, Joe owned and operated a licensed construction business for nearly three decades, providing a strong foundation in leadership, accountability, and business operations that complement his public service career.
